After months of speculation and anticipation, the Indian government has reportedly given the green signal for Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) to relaunch in the country. The game had previously been banned due to concerns over data privacy and national security. However, the government has now advised that the ban be lifted for a limited time period, subject to certain changes being made to the game.

According to sources, the game’s developer has agreed to comply with all government rules and make the necessary changes to the game. One of the biggest changes that will be made to the game is a time limit, restricting players from engaging with BGMI in India for more than a few hours a day. The color of blood will also be changed, and the game will no longer offer an option to change the color of blood from red to blue or green, which was previously available. Additionally, the government has asked the company to make further changes to the game to prevent addiction and potential suicides.

While the details of these changes have not been made public, it is expected that BGMI will return to the Indian market with a new name and a new Indian publisher. According to gaming industry insiders, this new publisher is likely to be an Indian company, and the game will be renamed accordingly.
