Commercial LPG Cylinder Prices Increased by Rs 209

The Public sector Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) have implemented an immediate price hike of Rs 209 for commercial LPG cylinders. This adjustment follows a reduction of Rs 158 in the prices of 19-kg commercial LPG gas cylinders by the oil companies in September.

It’s important to note that both commercial and domestic LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) cylinder prices undergo monthly revisions, typically on the first day of each month. Consequently, the increase in commercial LPG gas prices takes effect immediately.

Meanwhile, the price of domestic LPG, primarily used in household kitchens for cooking, remains steady at Rs 903 per 14.2-kg cylinder in Delhi. Additionally, petrol and diesel prices have not seen any changes.

As of now, in the national capital, petrol is priced at Rs 96.72 per litre, while diesel costs Rs 89.62 per litre.

Here are the updated prices for commercial LPG cylinders:

Delhi: Rs 1,731.50
Mumbai: Rs 1,684
Lucknow: Rs 1,845
Chennai: Rs 1,898
Bengaluru: Rs 1,813
Kolkata: Rs 1,839
This increase in commercial LPG cylinder prices reflects the dynamic nature of fuel pricing, with monthly adjustments to align with market conditions.
