Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
1. Case Worker – Educational Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology or Development Management with a minimum 1 year working experience in the field of violence against women issues. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community. |
2. Multi Purpose Helper – Educational Qualification: The Multi-purpose helper should have minimum qualification 10 std and experience working in Shelter Homes / House Keeping. The Candidate should also know to cook. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 2 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community |
3. Security – Educational Qualification: The Security Guard should have minimum qualification 10t std and 2 years of experience of working as security personnel. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community |
Salary Details:
1. Case Worker – Rs. 15,000/- |
2. Multi Purpose Helper – Rs. 6,400/- |
3. Security – Rs. 10,000/- |
