The aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a substantial transformation in India’s job market. While certain sectors faced challenges, others witnessed a surge in demand. With businesses adopting remote work setups due to the pandemic, employees have experienced the advantages of flexibility, leading them to emphasize its significance. Formerly, salary took precedence, but the pandemic has underscored the importance of work-life balance for mental and physical well-being.
