IIM Lucknow celebrates a remarkable placement season, achieving 100% placement for the 38th batch of PGP and 19th batch of PGP-ABM students. The institute secured 634 offers for 576 students across diverse roles in Consulting, Finance, General Management, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Retail, and E-Commerce.
Notably, the highest international package offered reached an impressive Rs 1.23 Crore Per Annum (CPA), with the highest domestic salary package at Rs 65 LPA. The mean salary for students averaged around Rs 30 LPA, reflecting the excellence of education and talent nurtured at IIM Lucknow.
Over 250 domestic and international recruiters participated, showcasing the trust and confidence organizations place in IIM Lucknow graduates. Professor Priyanka Sharma, Chairperson of Students’ Affairs and Placement, credited the institute’s exceptional pedagogy and values for this success.
Leading the recruitment charge were renowned companies across various sectors, including ABG, Accenture, Adani Group, Bain & Company, BCG, Deloitte, Jio Financial Services, Kearney, McKinsey, Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, PwC, Samagra, Shell, VISA, Target, and TAS.
In the FMCG/consumer goods/telecom/digital media sectors, top firms such as AbInBev, Airtel, Bajaj Consumer Care, Dabur, Delhivery, Essar Group, HUL, Proctor & Gamble actively participated. The BFSI sector saw the presence of esteemed companies like Avendus Capital, ADM Capital, Arpwood Capital, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ICICI Securities, IIFL, JM Financial, Kaabil Finance, NIIF, and O3 Capital.
Despite economic challenges, the placement drive emerged as one of the best seasons, showcasing resilience and support from recruiters and placement teams.
